& Organizations

Prospective students often wonder about professional massage organizations.
One such organization is the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
We are members of the AMTA Council of Schools and view AMTA most
progressive in its promotion of massage, supporting new legislation to protect
the rights of massage therapists, and offering continuing educational opportun-
ities on a local, regional, and national level. We encourage students to join an
association that serves them best with services and comprehensive liability insurance.

Accreditation -- A Mark of Excellence

Officially recognized by the United States government to accredit massage
schools, (ABHES) - Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools - is
located at: 7777 Leesburg Pike, Suite 314-N, Falls Church, VA 22043 - Telephone 703-917-9503. Both our Salt Lake and Cedar campuses are institutionally
accredited through 2011. Achieving federally recognized accreditation speaks
to the quality of our professional integrity and academic excellence. It also
allows students, who qualify for Title IV benefits from the U.S. Department of
Education, to receive loan/grant monies.
